Ever wish you could keep you computer in tip top shape without having to call a service technician?  Now you can, Better By Design now offers remote service.  For a low monthly fee, BBD will remotely clean your computer of spyware and viruses, perform monthly maintenance tasks, and look for items that could become an issue in the future.

The benefits include ease of scheduling, less IT staff in your home, and the ability to quickly fix problems with no drive (wait) time.  All it takes is about an hour to get you setup for remote services.  During that time, our staff will clean up the computers to be controlled to get them to a baseline status.  All network connectivity will be setup at this point, and no additional steps will need to be taken by the consumer.  Once a month, Better By Design will login to these computers to perform the above said maintenance.  Another benefit to remote services is if other issues arise, or you simply need some help with the computer, we are able to offer that on an even lower rate than our shop rate.  Feel free to contact us to inquire about remote rates.
